I have first-hand experience in this because I was not able to finish my college education. I was taking up a degree in Management but had to stop my sophomore year. Although I was lucky enough to get a job at a good company, I could only qualify for a part-time position.
Evidently, I had to possess a higher educational accomplishment to be promoted full-time. I was caught in a dilemma because for me to get back to college, I needed sufficient time to retain my job. Without employment, I could not pay for my education.
Then at some point, one of the supervisors at the office said that I could pursue my goal of getting my bachelor’s degree. He advised me to try the online degree classes, which offer bachelor’s degrees in every field of study. According to him, the programs presented in these online degrees have reached the same level with the best colleges. I then became aware that this would certainly be the greatest alternative for me to accomplish my bachelor education.
Initially, I became a bit reluctant, believing that the office probably wouldn’t let me carry on my education while working with them. My supervisor guaranteed that I really didn’t need to fret about that, because within the online degree programs I could actually attend class immediately after work and the schedule can be adjusted for the students’ availability.
Online degrees gave me the opportunity to finish my bachelor’s degree without the need to attend school. With the online courses, I can study at home with the internet, on my own time and convenience.
In a short period of time as was able to finish my Management degree with flying colors and I was promoted in the office to a higher position; surely having a degree made a big difference in my life. Now, I’m on my way to getting my Master’s degree through online education!
